This Fleischer/Paramount cartoon was one of the early color productions. Smiley Burnette is the featured vocalist on MAMA DON"T ALLLOW NO MUSIC. You May remember Smiley as Gene Autry's sidekick in the old Republic westerns or as the engineer on Petticoat Juntion.
One of my all time favorites!!
